On September 10, 2024, CannXperts was appointed as Receiver over all of Tumalo Industries assets.

At this time, CannXperts aims to protect the value of the company’s assets and those of its subsidiaries for the benefit of creditors and stakeholders while Tumalo continues normal operations.

  • March 18, 2025 - The winning bidder has been notified.

  • March 14, 2025 - All bids for Tumalo assets are due today by 5PM PST.

  • February 26, 2025

    • The Receiver's Sales and Investment Solicitation Process (SISP) has received court approval. An email has been sent to all those who signed up to receive notifications and the process to view the Virtual Data Room has started.

    • Next Steps:

      • Look out for an email from notifications@cannxperts.com (check spam folders and contact me if you have not received this in the next 48 hours).

      • Click the "Join Workspace" green button to access the CannXperts client portal.

      • Sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

      • Once the NDA is signed, access will be granted to view asset data (please allow an additional 48 hours).

      • Upload the required documents:

          • Letter of Intent for assets you wish to bid on.

          • Proof of Funds (required for all offers).

          • Asset Purchase Agreement with any desired changes in "track changes"

          • Any additional requested information.

    • Key Dates:

      • Feb 26, 2025 – Court approval & commencement of Sales & Investment Solicitation Process (SISP).

      • Feb 26, 2025 – Deadline for Buyer/Investor Email Distribution.

      • Mar 14, 2025 (5 PM PT) – Deadline for Submission of Qualified Bids.

      • Mar 18, 2025 – Selection of Successful Bid(s).

      • Apr 11, 2025 – Hearing for Sale Approval Motion.

  • February 18, 2025

    • All matters related to the sale of assets and assumption of leases have been resolved pending court approval, which we expect to receive in the next week. As soon as we receive court approval we will begin sharing data with potential investors and owners. Please look for an email from notifications@cannxperts.com (check your SPAM filters).

  • December 1, 2024

    • Negotiations on two leases are ongoing. Once this issue is resolved, all interested parties will be notified and the data room will be opened.

  • October 25, 2024

    • At this time, the receiver is still compiling financial data and working through issues regarding the receivership estate. Our initial estimate was to have financial and other data available to view in October 2024, however, this will likely occur at a later date. If you are signed up to receive updates, you will be notified when the data is available to view.

  • We anticipate having pertinent financial information available for examination in October 2024. When available, the data room button above will change to "OPEN".

  • At this time, CannXperts is still in the investigative stages of the Receivership. We will announce a date at some point after the financial data has been compiled to begin accepting offers.

  • We will collect all offers and consider those which demonstrate: proof of funds, the ability to pay quickly (cash over terms), highest price, and timeline for implementation. Special consideration may be given to an offer to purchase the company as a going concern.

  • Under the receivership statute we are required to send notice to any potential creditors, including vendors. Please follow the instructions on the form and resubmit. Please note that while in receivership, Tumalo intends to continue ordering products and paying vendor invoices in a timely manner. Any data you provide may change and can be changed prior to the claims bar date (that date has yet to be determined).
